Zimnat - TENNDAi (Innovation, AI & Data)
Lead developer in Zimnat's innovation, AI and data unit, driving digital transformation for group subsidiaries and external corporate clients. 8+ enterprise solutions shipped across recruitment, performance management and self-service - including a payroll-integrated HR and talent acquisition platform - plus the group API gateway and middleware, and a data warehouse spanning 15+ subsidiaries. I set up the team's CI/CD and code-review practices and manage our BPO development teams.

Software Engineer
Untu Capital Limited - Harare
Three and a half years building the credit management system the lending business ran on - integrated with Musoni and processing 10,000+ transactions a month - plus the FCB, SMS, USSD and WhatsApp integrations, an SSB agent app that cut paperwork by 98%, and automated finance reporting that freed up 39.9% of back-office time.
